It doesn’t matter on the size of your company, Wireless 24 Limited are able to provide your business with the professional IT support that you need.  From on-site configuration of new hardware to full installation of networks and servers.  Our engineers have a wide range of IT and network experience.

Choose our Help Desk Plus service plan for all inclusive managed support for your business.  There are no hidden costs with this price plan as you pay a fixed fee each month.  We can also provide you with detailed reports of any actions undertaken during the month.

Ticketing System

We provide our customers with access to our state of the art ticketing system.  Should you require IT support then you simply log on via our support section on our website and email your fault or query via our ticketing system.  You will receive an instant confirmation that we have received your ticket along with a reference number to track your fault.  If the problem cannot be solved via remote access then you will receive a call from our help desk to arrange an on-site visit – the same day.  We aim to have your fault rectified within our 4 hour limit but most of the time it is completed much quicker.  Should you wish to contact us by phone, we will send you your ticket by email.

Remote log-in.

Our managed support means that you benefit from remote monitoring.  This means that we can log in to your system and solve 95% of problems remotely without the need for an on-site engineer.  This means less down time for your business.   All you need to do is log on to our remote monitoring system by entering a PIN number through our “Support” section on our website. This is available with both our Help Desk and Help Desk Plus service plans.

If the problem does require a call out we have experienced engineers on hand to help you get back up and running.

Proactive support

A lot of issues within a company’s IT system can be avoided through proactive monitoring.  This is where Wireless 24 will provide checks and 24/7 monitoring of your systems.  If our state of the art software detects a problem with your systems, we are notified instantly resulting in our engineers fixing your problem – meaning that most of the time you remain unaware that you even had one!
